Charbo.ai provides an AI-powered character companion service, including AI conversation, character voices, conversation memory, and a character marketplace. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
You agree NOT to: use the service for any illegal purpose; attempt to exploit, copy, or reverse engineer our AI technology; create characters that promote violence, hate speech, or illegal content; share accounts with others; or use automated means to access the service without our written permission.
You retain rights to content you create. By publishing characters to our marketplace, you grant us a license to display and distribute them. Characters created on our platform remain your intellectual property unless copied from existing copyrighted works.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Free tier provides 15 messages per day. Pro/Lifetime plans are non-refundable after purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated responses are automated and may be inaccurate. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Charbo.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
